At Lureulle, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed products.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
To be eligible for a return where applicable, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted for intimate wellness products.
